Q. What is your policy on International Shipments
A. We do our best to keep our international customers happy. All items that are shipped across borders are shipped with the United States Postal Service. The merchandise invoices are MARKED AS GIFT however, custom fees and taxes applicable.
Q. What is your Responsibility for 3rd Parties?
A. We under no circumstances cannot be held accountable for merchandise damaged by a third party. If a third party or local optometrist damages our merchandise in an attempt to install a lens, we take no responsibility.
Q. What happens if my box is lost when shipped from you?
A. Please refer to the carrier's policy for lost or stolen boxes e.g.: UPS and FEDEX
Q. What is your policy on unclaimed packages?
A. If you decide to reject your package and do not pick it up from the shipping carrier, your order will be considered to be a return. Additionaly your account will be debited for the return costs associated with the package. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days from receipt of the item and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you opted for Free Shipping keep in mind shipping costs will be deducted from your order upon return.
Q. What is my timeframe to report a shipping problem?
A. Issues with shipments must be brought to our attention within a reasonable amount of time so that they can be handled. Most shipping carriers will not open a claim if the claim is not brought to their attention within 30 days. We take the same position. If an issue is not brought to our attention within 30 days of the expected delivery date, we cannot help you resolve your problem.
Q. What happens if my credit card declines?
A. Issues with credit card declination are usually resolved best by contacting the issuer.
Q. What is the time frame for orders to ship?
A. Allow 72 BUSINESS Hours to process all orders received. Then we shall ship your order with the specified method of shipping that you purchased no later than seven (7) days from order processing. General processing & delivery takes between ten (10) and fourteen (14) business days. However, please except delays due to COVID-19 or other acts of nature or God beyond our control.
